By using ZeroBG you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What ZeroBG is

ZeroBG is a free, browser-based tool that uses AI to remove backgrounds from images. The AI model runs entirely on your device. We provide the interface and deliver the code; you provide the compute.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all images you process. We do not receive, store, or claim any rights to your images. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any image you upload.

Permitted use

ZeroBG is provided for personal and commercial use. You may use output images freely, including for commercial purposes, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying AI model — RMBG-2.0 by BRIA AI. Please review their license at huggingface.co/briaai/RMBG-2.0 for commercial use details.

Prohibited use

Processing images of persons without their consent
Using the tool for any illegal purpose
Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure
Misrepresenting AI-processed images as unmodified originals where that distinction is material

Disclaimer of warranties

ZeroBG is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI background removal may produce imperfect results on complex images. Use output at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroBG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision.
